personnel possess over 25 years experience in design,
development, operation and management of advanced waterand wastewater treatment technologies; including extensive experience in privatization and contract operations. Our diverse background as a facility management, design and technical consultant corporation has led to the successful start-up and procurement of numerous treatment facilities, ranging from 0.250 to 180 MGD.
Red J personnel have been instrumental in the development, start-up and operations for numerous water and wastewater plants, including;
• Construction & startup of the first wastewater membrane treatment facility in the state of Arizona.
• The simultaneous start-up of two 0.500 MGD reverse osmosis wellhead treatment units and one 0.650 MGD ion exchange resin wellhead treatment unit for arsenic, fluoride and nitrate removal.
• The design, construction and start-up of a 5.2 MGD arsenic treatment facility and associated well an iron and manganese removal system; and an arsenic and fluoride removal system.
Red J personnel have participated in various research and development projects within the WTP & WWTP industry, including;
• Research, design and construction of a pilot testing apparatus to model corrosion rates of lead, copper and concrete. These Apparatuses were installed and utilized at various Municipal Water Treatment Plants
• Performed full scale modeling of flocculation basins, utilized to determine cost effectiveness of baffle modifications to a municipal WTP.
• Performed pilot plant modeling of enhanced coagulation process, utilized to develop operating techniques to meet ESWTR-D/DBR for a municipal WTP.
Our qualifications also include the development of process control strategies, emergency response plans, power and chemical optimization. Overall, Red J’s services and capabilities have contributed to a substantial cost savings to our customers while minimizing regulatory compliance infractions.
